Mini Site Builder Review

I wrote to my list yesterday about the  Mini Site Builder with resell rights offer.

This was software that was claimed to be able to create minisites literally in a matter of minutes, even by the newest of newbie.

Not only that though included was also resale rights to the software along with the sales material to be able to sell it.

At the time I didn’t think I would have time to fully check it out myself as I am in the middle of my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations (including a trip to New York at the end of the week)…

…however, as the offer looked so good I at least wanted to make people aware of it.

As it happens, I couldn’t resist, and I did purchase the product.  You can see my proof of purchase below:

 

This has allowed me to do a bit of research on your behalf and give you my thoughts on the claims being made for the software.

OK, so what is included.

Well, firstly you have the choice of the ‘Mini Package’ or the ‘Full Package’.

To be honest this is a bit of a no-brainer.  The Full Package is less than a couple of dollars more and includes a whole bunch of stuff that the ‘Mini Package’ doesn’t (as you can see below)

I stumped up the cash for the Full option (less than $20 at time of writing, but it is on a dimesale).

As you can see, as well as the software itself, there are a number of other elements that will make the softaware even more useful (eg the photos for backgrounds and articles).

EASE OF USE

Once I had downloaded the material, it was very simple to install the software (just double click on the install file – there are full instructions as well).

So is it as easy as they say to build mini sites from scratch?

The answer to that, pleasingly, is a big fat yes 🙂

Here is the dashboard:

All you need to do to create a site is:

(numbers correspond to the image above)

1. Select the articles to be used on the site (you get 100’s of articles in many niches with the software and you can also pick up HUGE PLR article packs for very little cost elsewhere)
2. Select the image to be used in the header
3. Give the site a name and description (this is the longest step and took me about 2 minutes!)
4. Specify the offer you want the site to link to (can be your own or an affiliate offer)
5. Click Build Minisite

And that is it.  I think you will agree that just about ANYBODY could take those steps…and the site you create is yours to use as you wish.

As for what you can use the sites for:

• Creating traffic to affiliate offers
• Creating bonuses to attract people to affiliate offers through your link
• Offer to build bespoke sites on Fiverr
• Flip the sites you create
• Offer sites as a lead magnet to build your list

…I could go on, and I’m sure you could come up with thoughts of your own.

UPSELLS, UPGRADES and OTOS

The first thing to say is that none of the upsells are required to make the software work or to be able to resell it.

However what is on offer are upgrades to make the software even more valuable, for example, the ability to get Master Resell Rights ie you can not only sell the software, but you can also sell the rights to sell the software. (Very useful as a way of creating an upsell when you sell the software – ie offering the resell rights as an upgrade).

I know it won’t be for everyone, but I would suggest if you are getting serious about things, the Whitelabel and source code offers could be extremely profitable, basically allowing you to totally rebrand and even tweak how it works so that you can launch it yourself as a unique high-value product.

 

LIKES & DISLIKES

Hopefully, it will come across that I’m very impressed with what is on offer…

…and that was without really mentioning the whole extra element of the resell rights you get with the software.

With the resell rights, you are not only getting the rights, you are getting the full sales material AND a lead magnet so that you can set up a complete sales funnel.

There was one area though that I think you need to be aware of, and is a little bit of a negative.

When you pull in the articles in the software, it includes them on the site in the exact format the article is in.

The articles supplied include ‘header information like number of words, subject heading etc.  These elements get pulled into the site.

Also, the articles provided are in a block of text, which again is how they are displayed on the site I created.

The upshot of this is that you might have to spend a little time ‘tarting up’ the articles you use in your sites.

However other than this, I found the whole process to be a smooth as is suggested on the sales page…

…and I was able to create a new site in less than 5 minutes!

 

FINAL THOUGHTS

It is very seldom that you see done 4 you packages built around a product that you can actually use (hence why this review was primarily based on the software rather than the sales funnel element of this offer).

Therefore when you do see packages like this it is quite different…and quite exciting.

From my experiences using the software, I am very happy to give my thumbs up to the offer (and in this case, some of the upsells too).
